Risk & legal disclaimer.
Please read this before creating or trading any token on launch.win. By using the site you accept everything set out below.
1. Not financial advice
launch.win is a software tool. Nothing on this website — including token listings, metrics, badges, rankings, or any copy — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
2. You can lose everything
Tokens created and traded here are experimental, speculative, and frequently worthless. Prices can go to zero without warning. Our protections address specific, well-understood attacks — they are not a guarantee of value, liquidity, or profit:
- Locked liquidity prevents the liquidity from being pulled. It does not stop a token’s price from falling, and it does not stop early buyers — including a creator’s own dev-buy — from selling.
- Wallet caps blunt snipers and bundlers for a limited window. They do not prevent ordinary market losses once the cap lifts.
- Unique names stop impersonation of a token’s on-chain name. They do not vouch for the people behind a project or its intent.
3. Permissionless — a listing is not an endorsement
launch.win is a permissionless protocol: anyone can launch any token, and we neither create, vet, endorse, nor control the tokens that appear here. The presence of a token on this site — including any name, image, description, or social link a creator supplied — implies no review, approval, or endorsement by us. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
4. Non-custodial — you control your funds
launch.win never takes custody of your assets, private keys, or seed phrase, and cannot move, freeze, or recover your funds. All transactions are initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet, directly on Robinhood Chain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction you authorise. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
5. Smart-contract & technical risk
The launch.win contracts are new and have not undergone a formal third-party security audit. The code is small, public, and verifiable on the block explorer, but smart contracts can contain bugs or vulnerabilities that result in loss. You interact with them at your own risk. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be unavailable, interrupted, or contain errors.
6. Third-party services
Links and integrations to third-party services — including wallets, block explorers, trading interfaces, chart and data providers, and the underlying decentralized exchange — are provided for convenience only. We do not operate or control these services, are not responsible for them, and their use is governed by their own terms and risks.
7. Your responsibility & eligibility
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including securities, financial-services, sanctions, and tax laws in your jurisdiction. You represent that your use of launch.win is lawful where you live, and that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your activity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, launch.win and its contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of funds, profits, or data — arising from your use of the site, the contracts, or any token launched or traded through them, whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory. You use launch.win entirely at your own risk.
9. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised version. For how the protections described here actually work, see the FAQ.
